Ki Aikido
A wonderful art that develops calmness, stability and confidence to reduce the stresses of daily life and eliminate the fear of living.

Partners work with principles of Coordination of Mind & Body, to learn to extend their minds, and to flow lightly and with relaxation in dynamic circular movement. Classes also involve breathing/meditation.

The Art is non-competitive and, since it does not rely on physical strength, is suitable for those of all ages and abilities. More...
